Perxel is a solo website development studio operated by Phúc Bùi, a software engineer building for how the web works today.

I build websites and collaborate with designers and agencies to turn great designs into real products. I think outside the box, stay current with cutting-edge technologies, and use AI in ways that actually make a difference.

Since 2018, I have worked on hundred of websites across a wide range of industries.

This includes my time at my previous company*, where I led the development team delivering projects for some of Vietnam's largest corporations. At Perxel, I work directly with you.

I don't just convert designs to HTML. I've been obsessed with motion since 2016, and that shows in how I work, bringing static mockups to life with fluid animation, micro-interactions, and the kind of polish that makes a website feel right.

I work closely with designers, bringing a technical perspective on layout, motion, and implementation. I forecast responsive behavior and surface potential issues before they become problems.
